SILVER MEMBER ($225) or GOLD MEMBER ($330)

Gold & Silver levels are distinguished by the annual I&R program budgets of their nonprofit or government organizations. Gold is for budgets over $100,000 and Silver for budgets under $100,000.

INDIVIDUAL MEMBER ($75)

Available only to:

Students
Retired I&R practitioners (i.e. folks who have been previously working for an AIRS member organization)
Military members (including veterans) or
AIRS Certification holders whose agencies (either nonprofit or governmental) will not take out a membership

Anyone outside this definition cannot be an individual member.

JOIN AIRS: THE SLIGHTLY SMALLER PRINT

All AIRS memberships are for a year and need annual renewal on January 1st
A single integrated membership structure provides automatic membership to both AIRS and the independent state/regional Affiliate that serves your state/region (if applicable). For example, a Michigan-based member agency becomes a member of both AIRS and Michigan AIRS for the same single price. You get the benefits of both organizations for one membership fee!
As all memberships begin on January 1st, any new organization joining after July 1st will pay a partial fee providing membership coverage until December 31st, at which time a full renewal can be made for the following year.
If you are based in Canada, AIRS has a joint membership program with InformCanada. Applications must be made via www.informcanada.ca.
Member benefits are provided only to the direct staff/volunteers of that organization (or in a large governmental concern – a particular department). For example, if you are an association or an oversight body, member benefits cannot flow through to all of the separate organizations that are under your umbrella. If you are uncertain about how the situation of your own organization applies to this guidance, please contact our Executive Director.
AIRS is a private nonprofit association that operates without government funding. Member applications may be subject to review and approval. AIRS reserves the right to terminate the status of any organization or individual at any time and for any reason.
